Helical Bar and Prime Commercial Properties buy £69m Glasgow shopping centre
Helical Bar, in joint venture with Prime Commercial Properties, has bought the long leasehold interest in the Clyde Shopping Centre in Clydebank, Glasgow for around £69m from the Co-operative Insurance Society.
